Matt Hughes Knocks Dan Henderson’s Fitness
In a post on his official blog, Matt Hughes gave his assessment of Anderson Silva’s victory over Dan Henderson at UFC 82 last weekend:
Anderson Silva ended up winning the title fight, I think if Henderson was in shape he could have lasted longer. I don’t know why somebody would go into a title fight not in shape and ready to go five rounds. Anderson looked tough but once again I saw holes in his game.
Well, that’s short and to the point. I didn’t particularly notice Henderson looking out of shape, but Hughes is a fighter, so he would know.
